Client work, one project at a time
Websites and small systems for founders and local businesses. Every build shipped, handed over and documented — which is where the standard came from.
AXIOMAXS®
03 — About Us
Who we are, how a project actually runs here, what we will and will not do — and the two people accountable for all of it.
Axiomaxs is a full-stack product studio. Strategy, design, code and automation under one roof — no hand-offs, no dilution. Just software that ships and keeps working.
From boutique hotel websites to a manufacturing ERP running daily invoicing — we build for the long run: fast, secure, and owned end-to-end by the businesses we serve.
THE NAME
Two people who were tired of watching good ideas die in hand-offs.
Most agencies split a project across a designer who never sees production, a developer who never met the client, and a marketer who joins after launch. The brief survives none of it.
Axiomaxs was set up the other way round. The people who scope the work are the people who build it and the people who keep it running. Nothing is thrown over a wall, because there is no wall.
Websites and small systems for founders and local businesses. Every build shipped, handed over and documented — which is where the standard came from.
ERP, SaaS and AI automation joined the roster — daily invoicing, inventory, agent workflows. Software with real users and real consequences when it breaks.
Strategy, design, engineering, automation and marketing in one team. One owner per project, one number to call, one standard from first pixel to production server.
Six rules we don't negotiate on — including with ourselves.
Code, domains, database, hosting, analytics — all in your accounts, in your name. No lock-in, no "we hold the keys". You can walk away with the whole thing on any day.
Proven, well-documented tools for the parts that must not fail. We save the interesting choices for the parts users actually feel.
Performance is designed in, not optimised at the end. Image budgets, lazy loading and cache rules are decided before the first component is built.
Every project has a named person accountable for it. Not a shared inbox, not a ticket queue, not "the team will look into it".
What is included, what is not, what it costs and when it goes live — agreed before work starts. Change requests are priced, not absorbed silently.
Monitoring, backups and a support window are part of the build, not an upsell. A site that dies quietly three months later was never delivered.
Five stages. You know exactly where your project is, at all times.
A working session, not a sales call. We map the real problem, the users, the constraints and the budget — then write it down.
OUT: BRIEF · QUOTE · DATEStructure first, surface second. Flows and wireframes get signed off before anything is made to look beautiful.
OUT: FLOWS · UI · SYSTEMWeekly builds you can click, on a staging URL. No month-long silence ending in a surprise.
OUT: STAGING · WEEKLY DEMOPerformance, accessibility, SEO and security passes, then go-live on your infrastructure with rollback ready.
OUT: LIVE · HANDOVER DOCSMonitoring, uptime checks and a fixed response window. Improvements continue on a retainer if you want them.
OUT: MONITORING · SLASix verticals. One team. No sub-contracting.
Marketing sites, portfolios and content platforms built for speed and search — not page-builder bloat.
Cross-platform apps from one codebase — customer apps, field tools, internal utilities, store deployment included.
Invoicing, inventory, production and reporting systems that replace the spreadsheet a business quietly runs on.
Multi-tenant products from first wireframe to paying users — auth, billing, dashboards and the boring plumbing under them.
Agents and workflows that take repetitive work off your team — lead handling, document processing, reporting, support triage.
Technical SEO, analytics and campaigns run against the same site we built — so the fixes actually get made.
Three ways in. Pick the one that matches the risk you're carrying.
A defined build with a written scope, a fixed price and a go-live date. Best when you know what you need.
A standing block of studio time each month for products that keep moving — features, fixes, campaigns, infrastructure.
We build it, document it and hand it to your in-house team — with the training to actually run it.
The things people ask on the first call.
A marketing site is typically 3–5 weeks. A mobile app or an ERP module runs 8–16 weeks depending on scope. You get the date in writing before work starts, and a weekly staging build so the date is verifiable, not a promise.
Every quote is written against a scope document, so there is no standard price list. We will tell you on the first call whether your budget and your requirement are in the same range — before either side spends time on a proposal.
You do, from day one. Repository, domain, hosting, database and analytics are created in your name or transferred to you at handover. We keep access only for as long as you want us maintaining it.
Yes. The studio is in Coimbatore and most delivery is remote — calls, staging links and a shared board. We work Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST, and set a fixed weekly call in your timezone.
Monitoring and uptime checks are part of every build, plus a 30-day window for fixes on anything we shipped. Beyond that, most clients move to a monthly retainer for changes, content and new features.
Often, yes. We start with a paid audit of the existing codebase and infrastructure and give you an honest answer: continue, refactor, or rebuild. Sometimes the honest answer is that you should stay where you are.
No. Strategy, design, engineering, automation and marketing are done in-house by the same team that scoped the project. If something falls outside what we do well, we say so instead of quietly outsourcing it.
Leads the studio: client strategy, product scoping and delivery. Sets what Axiomaxs takes on and holds the standard it ships at.
Leads engineering: full-stack build, ERP and SaaS architecture, AI automation and the infrastructure everything runs on.
